A bright, light yellow color with green accents. The nose is very intense with white flowers, ripe peach, pear and aromas of vanilla, walnuts and butter. In the mouth the wine has a medium body and a long aftertaste. Domain Bodegas Anadas is located in the heart of the DO Carinena and is one of the oldest (1935) family businesses in this region with very great potential. They mainly produce red wines based on Garnacha, supplemented with some white and rosé wines. This results in a wide range of wines, all known under the name CARE. This is the ancient Roman name for Cariñena. The CARE project is an exclusive, innovative and very dedicated project. All elements to produce these high quality wines have been chosen with the greatest care and meticulously; the choice of vineyards, based on the quality of the fruit, the infrastructure for perfect vinification, etc. The faces on the labels, which reflect the sun and the soil of the wine, are the work of the artist Enrique Torrijos. From an English-speaking point of view, we can also interpret CARE as the care and respect that Bodegas Anadas shows when making all their wines.
 
This wine is a blend of 90% Garnacha Blanca and 10% Chardonnay
